Thank you for shopping with Woori Chop Chop. Due to the nature of our products, please carefully read this policy before placing your order.


Food Products – No Returns

All of our products are food items.
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any food products once they have been delivered, even if the item is unopened or sealed.

This is in accordance with UK consumer law, which exempts perishable goods from standard change-of-mind returns.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or taste preferences.
This applies to all food products.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to perishable goods such as food once delivered.

Food items are therefore non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
